Maniks Spares For Reverse Jet Pulse Valves
Maniks manufactures all kind of spares for reverse-jet pulse valves used in bag
filters for dust collection, used typically in cement and steel plants. These spares
are compatible with valves of various others makes like Maniks. The diaphragms are
made application-specific by manufacturing in various materials like special imported
polyester, neoprene and viton (for high temperature).
Pulse Valve Operation
Maniks pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.
